APQC's May 2013 KM Community Call


Continuing one of the conversations started last week at APQC’s 2013 Knowledge Management Conference, this month’s community call will focus on strategies for identifying, promoting, and inspiring knowledge sharing behaviors and habits.

Knowledge sharing barriers are similar across all organizations, but may look different given the culture. In order to achieve its objectives, Knowledge Management must understand the organization’s culture, and then find ways to get people to freely create, share, and use information and knowledge, and work together toward a common purpose.
